Healing Out Loud is a raw and honest reflection on my journey toward unlearning old patterns, embracing truth, and finding real emotional freedom. After spending over two decades in a toxic relationship built on deception, I unknowingly carried those survival habits into my present life. Now, I’m doing the work to break free from crippling anxiety, bouts of depression, people-pleasing, and the fear that I am not enough.

This blog is my way of reclaiming my voice, speaking my truth, and showing up authentically—even when it’s messy. Healing isn’t quiet, easy, or linear, but I believe it’s worth doing out loud.
